What to Buy


Converse’s online store is a hip-looking website with gigantic images; scroll down and you’ll see highlighted pieces from the company. The shop is laid out like most other online stores out there, separated into six different departments to easily find whatever you’re looking for.

The women and men’s departments are both separated into three sections, shoes, clothing, and accessories. In regards to shoes, classic chucks, chuck 70s, One Star, Jack Purcells, and custom shoes are available. When it comes to clothing, tops, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, pants, and shorts are the listed options. In the accessories section, bags, backpacks, sunglasses, hats, socks, and laces are available.

On both departments, there’s an Explore tab to the far right which is separated into a "Shop For" list with different footwear options and a Featured list with trending pieces and new collections.

The kids’ department is next; separated into two sections, shoes and accessories, you’ll be able to find interesting pieces for your little ones. The shoes’ section is sorted by sizes, infant/toddler (size 0c - 10c), little kids (size 10.5c - 3y), and big kids (size 3.5y - 6y). In regards to clothing, tops, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, pants, and shorts are the offered pieces. This department also features an Explore tab with options to better narrow your search and highlighted collections.

There’s a dedicated department for custom footwear only; it’s separated into women, men, and kids and it’s pretty straightforward. The Explore tab on the right shows options to better sort the pieces.

There’s a limited edition department with new collections and a launch calendar for those customers who want everything fresh from the factory. And while prices here are a little bit hefty in this department, you can be sure that most of those pieces are going to be instant classics. Right beside, there’s a sales department separated into men, women, and kids; this is the perfect stop for people who want to get classic pieces at discounted prices.

Converse features several discount options for students and military personnel that might be of interest to you. If you’re a student with verified data, you’ll be granted with a 15% discount on all of your purchases. If you’re part of the military, whether active, reservist, veteran, or retired, you’ll also get a 15% discount on all your orders.
